Head of Scenario

The Head of Scenario Team has the overall responsibility in leading, coordinating and supporting the Scenario Team. They have a major role in designing the simulation experience, as they ultimately ensure that the content for the conference is produced in time. In this role, great communication and organisational skills are required, as the Team Leader is also in charge of planning and setting up team meetings, delegating tasks to the different team members, and overseeing the team’s progress throughout the project period. When needed, the role includes other tasks, e.g. administrative tasks, crisis management.


Scenario Officers (5)
The scenario team is responsible for creating the core of SMUN. The position involves content creation, and setting and writing the agenda and theme for each council. You will also invite inspiring speakers for the pre-lectures in every committee and make sure the Rules of Procedure (RoP) reflect UN procedures. We are looking for people with a great interest in international affairs. Experience in Model United Nations is useful but not required. Fluency in spoken and written English is most important.
