Head of Logistics
Lead the Logistics team, who constitute the backbone of the conference. We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, whilst being able to keep everything moving as a coordinator to makes sure that the wheels are rolling and the train runs on track. As part of the Logistics team, you will also perform the tasks below.
Project Officers (3)
Project Officers do everything to make SMUN a well-run conference. The rather broad title of this position, Project Officer, reflects its flexible nature: you will be involved in different things and the work can vary somewhat, depending on your interests. Prior to the conference, the Project Officers will book rooms, contact sponsors, ensure that all the materials needed are obtained, find and work with suppliers, and manage up to 20 conference volunteers. The Team also organises internal social events for the host team to get to know each other. During the conference, the Project Officers will make sure everything is in place and everyone is where they need to be. Organisational skills and time management is essential. A driver's license would be an additional asset.
