  • THE SMUN 2011 PRE-LECTURES in Stockholm, Sweden

    Venue: Stockholm School of Economics, the Ragnar Auditorium.

    Pre-lecture I – The UN System
    November 7th, 6.00-7.45 p.m.

    During pre-lecture one we will touch upon the subject of the inner workings of the UN system. The different aspects of the topic we will discuss are this year’s SMUN councils.

    Pre-lecture II – The Operational Matters, Sanctions and Human Rights
    November 8th, 6.00-8.30 p.m.

    The second pre-lecture is going to consist of different views of various institutions concerning the military, economical, and human aspects of the events unraveling within the scenario.

    Pre-lecture III – The Scenario
    November 9th, 6.00-08.30 p.m.

    The final pre-lecture will expand on your previous insights with knowledge related to this year’s scenario. Now, you have the chance to diversify your technical knowledge with more practical details about tangible situations developing as part of the scenario.

    Note that we are only able to offer a limited number of seats due to high demand. You must be a SMUN 2011 delegate to attend the pre-conference lectures.

    nearest metro station is Rådmansgatan (green line) and a bus stop named Handelshögskolan
